Welcome to the Pennsylvania New Hire Reporting Program Employer Data Entry screens. Please use the form below to submit new hire information to the Program.

Non-registered system users are limited To three (3) manually entered New hire records per web session. Registered system users can submit an unlimited number Of records through file upload. To Continue As a registered user, please login with your Keystone ID or register for an account.

For all New hire data submitted To the Program

  • Employee SSN Is required For Each New hire record.
  • The FEIN (Federal Employer Tax Identification Number) provided must match that reported In Box 10 Of the New Hire Employee's Internal Revenue Service Form W4 (Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate).
  • Hyphens are Not needed When entering SSN And FEIN (Tax ID) information.
