Program Description

This 5 month certification program is designed to give the student a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. In addition, each student will receive instruction in Business Communications, Accounting 1 and Customer Service skills.

Skills & Competencies

Introductory, Advanced and Post Advanced applications of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Accounting 1, Business Communications and Customer Service Skills. In addition each student will receive certifications in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
