Program Description

Physical therapist assistant is a career in caring that lets one help others reach their full physical potential. The Physical Therapist Assistance program focuses on the skills needed to assist a physical therapist in delivering treatments and therapies in many different clinical settings. Classroom learning is enhanced through both laboratory and on-site clinical experience. The program is fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation Council in Physical Therapy Education of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
