Description of Training Provider

Program Description

Course includes the Introduction course, with additional emphasis on coupling/uncoupling, hours of service, trip planning, advanced defensive driving and D.O.T. regulations with 50 hours behind-the-wheel of instructor/student driving one-on-one (no group of students. The CDL skills and road test is included, since NMTCC is a Third Party testing site. This class prepares the student for a Class A entry level position in the transportation industry. 3 year driver abstract, D.O.T. physical, PA CDL learner permit required. For employment passing drug test required.
