Provides training for students to complete National Nurse Aide Assessment exam for certification as a Nursing Assistant
Program Description
Nurse Aide Training Certification program is commited to the preparation of caring nurse assistants who emply care giving skills and the nursing assist process in meeting the needs of clients in a variety of health care settings. Students learn and develop competence in the art and science of nurse assisting within an integrated curriculum which incorporates classroom, laboratory and clinical experience. Graduates are eligible to take the national nurse aide assessment examination for certification.
Skills & Competencies
Physical Care. Basic Nursing Skills. Restorative Skills. Psychosocial Care and the Role of the Nurse Aide. Student is prepared to take the National Certification test.
