Program Description
This career track aligns with the skills possessed by many low-wage and at-risk workers, including waitresses, waiters, personal trainers, telemarketer, retail workers, cashiers, hospitality workers and tellers. Peirce College allows you to earn college credits for the skills you already have that map to a new career in customer service and complete the training and credentials you still need to qualify for employment in this field. Graduates will be able to explain key elements of successful customer service, demonstrate the ability to work and communicate effectively with others, identify, and use fundamental skills required for academic and professional success and understand the importance of their role to the success of the organization. Students will earn up to 16 stackable credits, including a Sales and Client Service Undergraduate Certificate, which can apply directly to an undergraduate degree program at Peirce College. Finally, Peirce counselors will help you connect with employment opportunities, apply for jobs, prepare for interviews, and leverage the College’s alumni network.
Skills & Competencies
This program teaches the fundamentals of sales and client services, including key elements of successful customer experiences and sales services, the ability to work and communicate effectively with others, understanding of the importance of one's role in the success of the organization. Students take college level courses and graduates will receive an accredited credential from Peirce College, and 16 stackable credits that can be applied towards an associate or undergraduate program at Peirce College.
