Program Description
In this program you will learn about the five functional areas, Business Management and Strategy, Workforce Planning and Employment, Human Resource Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Labor Relations and Risk Management, that will prepare you for the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) exam. The SPHR exam, or the SHRM-SCP exam, is critical if you are wanting to move up in Human Resources, as it measures your strategic ability and your ability to join HR processes into the big picture of the organization.
