Program Description

This program prepares students to enter the job market in entry-level positions working with a variety of electronic systems in digital electronics, automation and power. Graduates are expected to qualify as electronics technicians and aides to Engineers. Students are able to complete the construction of a variety of electronic circuits involving semiconductors, programming, AC signals and various circuit designs. Graduates of the program enter the electrical or electronic job market as high-level service technicians.  They assist the engineering staff in the design, construction, and testing of prototype equipment manufactured in today’s advanced technologies. (Textbook costs & out-of-pocket expences are estimated. Cost information breakdowns do not include any developmental coursework a student may need.)
