Description of Training Provider
We are a school that teaches Commercial Truck Driving, Welding, and Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning Refrigeration. The school is accredited by ACCSC.
Program Description
The material presented in this course is designed to allow the student to take and pass the Class A Commercial Driver's License Test and to find entry-level employment in the transportation industry.
Skills & Competencies
The training consists of a combination of classroom training, hands on training in a practice yard and hands on training on the road. This training takes place in a tractor-trailer truck. Along with shifting, parking, braking, backing, alley docking, down hill slopes, rain conditions, loading and unloading of a tractor-trailer truck. There are three modules that the student has to complete for graduation. Module 1 - Basic Operations, Module 2 - Basic Vehicle Control Skills and Module 3 - Basic Vehicle Control Skills II.
