Program Description
We train you to become a dental assistant including readiness to take the national board test for dental X-ray licensing. It is a comprehensive, 12-week course that is hybrid with online lectures and live labs. The course is taught in a working dental practice in Newtown, PA.
Skills & Competencies
All fundamentals of dental Assisting including but not limited to: Orientation, Sterilization, infection control, preventive dentistry, hand and digital charting, instruments and equipment, impressions, anesthesia, medical emergencies, CPR certification, Dental Radiology, specilities, clinicals and externship.
