Change Leadership Series
Business organizations are challenged with adapting and transitioning to ever-changing markets, resource availability, and competition. Leadership plays a distinctive role to lead people through change, enhancing acceptance and ultimately commitment to the new way of doing business. The 3-part series will present best practices, evidence-based leadership strategies and communication methodology that supports effective change and transition. Each session includes interactive peer group discussions and case study application utilizing change concepts to a real workplace initiative
