Description of Training Provider

MedCerts is an online training provider specializing in Allied Health and Information Technology programs, delivered through self-paced asynchronous delivery.

Program Description

The Medication Care Coordinator program is designed to equip the student with the skills necessary to provide excellent support in a pharmacy environment and the knowledge to achieve the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), and Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certifications. The registration and cost to sit for BOTH of these certification exams one time is covered by MedCerts. Upon completion of the program, students are uniquely prepared to serve as a liaison between clinical providers, the pharmacy, and consumers. Students are prepared to assist consumers with their medication plan, insurance, and other services including the medication distribution process.
