Program Description
This course will provide students with comprehensive knowledge of the American judicial system. It will also teach students practical skills including how to assist trial attorneys, interview witnesses, investigate complex fact patterns, research the law, and assist in preparing cases for courtroom litigation. The curriculum is available in instructor-led Online, live Lecture and Independent Study (Digital & Text Only) Formats. Online students are able to log on anytime anywhere to complete weekly assignments, tests and quizzes.
Skills & Competencies
Intensive, nationally acclaimed program is designed for beginning as well as advanced legal workers. Students will be trained to interview witnesses, investigate complex fact patterns, research law, prepare legal documents, and assist in preparing cases for courtroom litigation. Will increase office's efficiency, productivity and billable hours as well as learn new marketable job skills. The demand for trained legal professionals has never been higher. Major Corporations, Healthcare Facilities, insurance Companies, Government Agencies and Law Offices all employ students. The US Department of Labor projects an 18% rise for legal support personnel in the profession by 2026.
