An Associate in Applied Science Degree designed to provide academic and applied knowledge to the student interested in acquiring basic and intermediate skills in building maintenance for positions in building and industrial maintenance. [NOTE: STUDENTS RESIDING OUTSIDE OF LUZERNE COUNTY PAY DOUBLE TUITION RATES IF TAKING CLASSES AT THE MAIN CAMPUS OR ANY LUZERNE COUNTY OFF-CAMPU SITE.]
