Program Description
For project managers, staying up-to-date on the latest project management techniques is key to consistently delivering meaningful results. This Project Management Professional (PMP)® training course will expand your skill set and prepare you for certification.
You will be trained in a number of key areas, including forecasting, risk management, project recovery, and resource allocation. You will also learn how to use Microsoft Project 2019 for tracking and reporting needs. By course completion, you will be able to apply these project management tools to your next project. This course also meets educational requirements for Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, so you will be fully prepared for the exam.
