Program Description
In partnership with Project Management Institute-Delaware Valley Chapter (PMI-DVC), DCCC offers Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification. The CAPM program is intended for those new to project management, or who have less that the practical experience needed to take the PMP Exam.
The CAPM course utilizes

book. CAPM® Exam Prep is the worldwide standard for people studying for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® exam. CAPM Exam Prep, Fourth Edition contains major updates to the topics of Integration Management, Risk Management, Quality Management and Resource Management.. Offering 180 sample questions, critical time-saving tips as well as games and activities available nowhere else, this book will help you pass the CAPM exam.
The Project Management program curriculum includes an Introduction course in Microsoft Project. Learn all the tools you need to manage your project using the most popular management software. The focus is on how best to prepare, study for, and take the CAPM credential examination. A review of material normally covered in the exam will be presented. Students will receive sample questions of the type given on the exam. The PMP 35 education hours requirement is waived for CAPM certification holders.<br /> Course includes: Intro to Microsoft Project.. If you need to complete a project on time and within budget, find out how to use Microsoft Project to do it. Learn all the tools you need to manage your project using the most popular project management software -Microsoft Project. Learn how to develop and maintain a project schedule (Gantt Chart).
