Description of Training Provider

Our Tractor Trailer Driver 240 Hour course involves classroom, maintenance, range and road operation according to Professional Truck Driver Institute standards. Diploma and PTDI certificate awarded at completion of the course.

Program Description

The Heavy Equipment / CDL Class B 320 program is designed to provide an individual with limited or no experience to develop the basic skills necessary to operate equipment in a safe and constructive manner. The program consists of classroom instruction and field operating experience. The classroom content utilizes a textbook of specific courses of study that parallels the learning principles of the extensive line of available equipment. The curriculum includes training in Class B -Commercial driver's license to prepare for light tractor trailer and /or dump truck occupations. Program cost includes tuition, registration fee, D.O.T. physical and drug screen, CDL permit fee, student insurance fee, textbook, and CDL testing fee.

Skills & Competencies

Heavy equipment skills taught in safe operation, control, maintenance and obtaining PA Class B CDL license.
