Program Description
This program is designed to provide participants with supervisory skills and techniques to develop effective communications, motivate staff, lead meetings, delegate effectively, manage time, and facilitate change within an organization.
Skills & Competencies
Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate will:
Explain business concepts in the areas of management, accounting, technology, and supervision, and articulate organizational goals and strategies.
Describe the characteristics of a successful supervisor and recognize the challenges of the workplace.
Demonstrate motivational strategies, practices for holding employees accountable, coaching skills, prioritizing skills, and time management essentials.
Identify performance and attendance problems, personality and attitude issues, and manage misconduct.
