Description of Training Provider

Program Description

RN-diploma training program affiliated with Heritage Valley Health System. This is a FT program, students are expected to have approximately 30-40 contact hours/per week. This is an 1800-hour program (hours per week may fluctuate).
The program offers introductory didactic and clinical experiences to train for an entry-level Registered Nurse position. The program is a 20-month FT/ day program that is fully approved by the Department of Education, Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing and is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The program offers 50 credits of nursing and 30 (non-nursing) integrated courses with our affiliation through Penn West- California University of Pennsylvania during their time in the nursing courses.
