Program Description
The objective of the commercial Driving Class B Program is to qualify students for entry level positions as commercial drivers. The focus of the program is on important information about class B vehicles, as well as their operation. The student must meet the driver qualifications set forth by the Bureau of Motor Carrier Safety and pass the physical examiniation requirements ste forth by the Department of Transportation.
Skills & Competencies
Students will train in class B vehicles that are straight, such as bus, dump truck,and straight truck. Students will have the opportunity to use a simulator to operate bus, garbage truck, delivery truck, dump truck, and other vehicles.
