Program Description

The Practical Nursing Program is a 12-month, 30 credit program. Students attend 2 days of class and 3-4 days of clinical experience. At completion, graduates are eligible to take the NCLEX-PN for licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Skills & Competencies

Selected nursing acts in the care of clients, under the supervision of a professional. Skills include medication administration, therapeutic treatments, venipuncture, and understanding orders.
