Description of Training Provider
The Advanced Home Inspection course provides total "Hands On" training in the classroom and out in the field. Upon graduation, students will have a thorough knowledge in all aspects of the home inspection industry and be well-prepared to seek employment
Program Description
This course combines our Advanced Home Inspection with Radon Measurement & Testing and Microbial (Mold) Assessment Trainings. Students will be trained hands-on both in the classroom and out in the field as they prepare for a career as a Certified Property Inspector. Students will also gain the knowledge of how to properly test for Radon & Mold giving them the ability to offer all three services to their clients.
Skills & Competencies
Students will learn hands-on how to properly inspect a home, how to put together the home inspection report using software, how to market themselves, and how to properly test for Radon & Mold within the home. Students will learn different testing techniques and how to interpret the lab results to their customers.
