Description of Training Provider
Our Tractor Trailer Driver 240 Hour course involves classroom, maintenance, range and road operation according to Professional Truck Driver Institute standards. Diploma and PTDI certificate awarded at completion of the course.
Program Description
Our 320 hour Tractor Trailer Driver Training course is designed to offer a person of no or limited experience the opportunity to qualify as a tractor trailer operator. This education is achieved by developing in the student the necessary skills under actual supervised training, analyze the job of tractor trailer operation in reference to the duties and responsibilities of the driver, and to provide practice in the necessary maintenance and operation of tractor/trailer equipment. A 320 Hour Diploma is rewarded at the end of the training period. Program cost includes tuition, registration fee, D.O.T. physical and drug screen, CDL permit fee, student insurance fee, textbook, and CDL testing fee.
Skills & Competencies
Tractor Trailer skills taught are safe operation, control, maintenance and trip planning for the tractor trailer driver.
