Program Description
Learn to strategically manage high-performance teams and solve complex, real-world business challenges! Penn State’s top-ranked online MBA program offers more than 25 concentrations, allowing you to develop focused, career-ready skills tailored to your unique career goals. This AACSB–accredited program incorporates a focus on business strategies, collaborative teamwork, strategic leadership, and an integrative and interactive curriculum across all functional areas of business. Team-based projects enable networking with and learning from peers of diverse backgrounds and specialties. Flexible structure allows for full-time or part-time enrollment.
REQUIRED RESIDENCY:
Virtual in Fall and Spring
: Students who begin the program in the fall or spring semesters will participate in a three-day virtual residency.
On Campus in Summer:
Students who begin their program during the summer will attend a face-to-face residency.
