We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join us as Logistics Workers.
We have both day and night shift available. 12 hour shifts: 5:50AM - 6:00PM OR 5:50PM - 6:00AM. Rotating shift working every other weekend. Example: 2 on/ 2 off/ 3 on/ 2 off/ 2 on/ 3 off.
Main Purpose of Job
To ensure the movement of materials; inbound, outbound, production replenishment and put away are safe, accurate, damage free and productive while maintaining an orderly clean work environment that meets Greiner and FDA standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Process Incoming goods: unload, sort, verify, label and put away
- Process Customer orders: verify, pick, label and load
- Distribute production raw materials: correct material to the correct locations on time
- Maintain a neat, orderly and safe work environment
- Responsible for inventory accuracy
- Use of SAP to preform daily tasks
- Adhere to all Greiner Packaging policies and procedures i.e. housekeeping, hygiene, safety & quality
- All other duties/projects as requested
Skills
- Team worker
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
Time Management Requirements
- 2+ year experience driving stand up forklift
- 2+ year experience operating Walkies
- Loading/Unloading trucks
- 2+ year experience operating Turret truck
- Experience in fast paced manufacturing or warehouse/distribution environment
- Experience with SAP or another WMS
