A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COOK SUPERVISOR
As a Cook Supervisor, you have a passion to prepare and present meals in an attractive and tasteful manner in a production kitchen environment. You treat each resident and staff member with genuine respect and kindness. You will be responsible for food production, following established recipes, food presentation and quality. Ensuring that you and your team are following both food and personal safety is of the utmost importance. Support and supervision of the kitchen staff is part of your daily routine.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COOK SUPERVISOR
- Minimum three years' of cooking experience, preferably in batch cooking
- Minimum two years' supervisory experience
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Working knowledge of HACCP principles
WORK SCHEDULE FOR THE COOK SUPERVISOR
This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. The hours for this position are from 11:30am to 8pm.
