Overview and Responsibilities

Would you want to work with the latest technologies while helping people to stay safe and healthy? Are you a little tech savvy? Are you outgoing and do you like working with people?

If the answer to these questions is yes, then we may have the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking to hire and train someone with little or no experience to become part of our Team. In that capacity, you will learn how to assemble, program, set up, test monitor and troubleshoot our medical alerts and health monitoring equipment. After an initial order is received, you would be expected to perform equipment installation and testing at a customer’s location or ship it to the customer address. You would need to be able to explain and demonstrate all the features to consumers while visiting them or over the phone. The remainder of your time would be spent providing technical support either over the phone and or on site if necessary. As you become more knowledgeable, you will be given a wider role in the technical and customer support areas.

Requirements

-Must be a high-school graduate

-Attention to details and organizing the data

-Valid Driver License and Clean driving record

-Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks

-Outgoing personality

-Ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner with people of all ages and backgrounds

-Should have computer literacy skills

-MS Office would be a plus

-Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment

-Superior Organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail

-Must be reliable

-Ability to follow a scheduled route

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-Authorized to work in the USA
