* Have to prove they are reliable and dependable.

* Have 1 to 3 years experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environment or equivalent schooling or training

* Have a positive attitude

* Work in a friendly manor with the members of the Production Team

* Be motivated and a self-starter

* Able to work unsupervised at times

* Valid Driver’s License

Desired Skills:

* Working electrical knowledge of 3 phase power

* Experience trouble shooting equipment control circuits

* Working knowledge of single phase power

* Welding

* Plumbing

* Carpentry

* Pneumatic Systems including actuators, valves and solenoids

This individual will work in conjunction with Manufacturing Specialist to meet our Production Goals. He/She will report directly to the Plant Manager but will be required to collaborate with Vice President regularly. He/She will also be required partner with our Engineering Department via, email, phone calls and Microsoft Teams.
