Day Shift, $17.90 an hour 

  • Front Half Days, Sun-Tues 530am to 530pm (36 hours/week)
  • Back Half Days, Wed–Sat 6am to 430pm (40 hours/week)

Night Shift, $17.90 an hour (+ $.25 shift differential on FHN & $.50 shift differential on BHN)

  • Front Half Night, Sun-Wed 6pm to 430am (40 hours/week) 
  • Back Half Night, Thurs-Sat 5pm to 5am (36 hours/week) 

*** (additional $2 shift pay overlay on Day Shifts. $4 shift overlay for Front Half Night Shifts & $5 shift overlay for Back Half Night shifts through 6/18/22)

Purpose

  • Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center.  Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
  • Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
  • Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
  • Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
  • Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English

 

Essential Physical Functions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
  • regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
  • able to work safely at high levels, upwards of thirty-five (35) feet
  • able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
  • required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above
  • occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  1. High School diploma
  2. Previous experience operating a forklift
