12 hour - Night Shift Position - Excellent Starting Wage
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for working and operating in a safe manner consistent with company safety procedures
* Perform process adjustments to achieve desired container attributes
* Demonstrate ability to complete a mold change and Set up processes
* Demonstrate the ability to work on a pm.
* Perform all required tests and checks on preforms and containers
* Understand start up and shut down procedures necessary to minimize downtime and equipment wear and tear
* Properly complete all shift paperwork
* Keep work areas neat, clean and in an orderly manner consistent with company housekeeping policies
* Willingly and analytically, troubleshoot and improve daily operations through ownership.

Additional Responsibilities:
* Scrap and sort aborted preforms and bottles
* Assist in training new employees.
* Perform other duties assigned by lead and / or shift supervisor
Education/Experience Required
* High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
