DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Flexible Work Arrangement: Hybrid

The Sr. Analyst has responsibilities for providing direction and oversight to effectively manage and maintain PJM's enterprise content management system (ECM), branded Cera, and other approved content repositories of unstructured data. The role requires strong collaboration with PJM's Legal personnel in support of tasks such as conducting searches and investigations. This role works directly with the manager, Corporate Records Management, to develop, maintain and execute the product roadmap for PJM's ECM system and other department owned repositories and supporting tools. This includes planning for the project and department (cost center) work, creating and maintaining people and funding forecasts, and identifying and managing supporting vendors.

Essential Functions:
 * Manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Use effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.
 * Work closely with the Cera Support team as well as internal departments and functions to identify requirements, challenges, concerns, issues and expectations related to Cera users.
 * Maintain strong professional working relationships with IT, the Cera Support team, internal departments and functions, and support vendors to ensure high user satisfaction and consistent, reliable ECM system operations.
 * Build and maintain strong professional working relationships within Legal, a key internal client, and IT to ensure the ECM system supports Legal’s business needs, and that these teams support ongoing improvements in technology and processes to achieve strategic objectives
 * Identify opportunities for improvements and automation of processes associated with best practices of enterprise information management.
 * Provide daily oversight and direction to department contractor to identify, prioritize, implement and resolve issues including including the timely resolution of Cera related support requests and ongoing maintenance.
 * Prepare comprehensive communication plans for new and existing functionality as needed; plans may include but are not limited to developing and delivering training materials, user guides and instructional videos.
 * Prepare management reports as needed.

 * Work closely with the Cera Support team as well as internal departments and functions to identify requirements, challenges, concerns, issues and expectations related to the use of Cera.
 * Coordinate efforts of stakeholders and subject matter expert (SMEs) teams with the goal of driving both business and technical improvements to departmental systems and applications.
 * Work directly with the manager, Corporate Records Management, to develop, maintain and execute the product roadmap for PJM’s ECM system and other department owned repositories and supporting tools.
 * Schedule and coordinating project and maintenance activities within the department or project team

Other duties:
 * Coordinate, correspond and communicate with PJM leadership team on an individual and/or collective basis as needed
 * Support and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an expeditious manner
 * Partner and build rapport with PJM employees at all levels of the organization to support and monitor specific activities of the function.

Characteristics & Qualifications:
Required:
 * BS degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of experience consistent and relevant professional education classes, such as technical certifications, team and individual development training, business training, and other non-traditional training and development opportunities
 * At least 4 years of experience analytical work experience
 * At least 5 years of experience demonstrating robust computer and application support skills, including user support, troubleshooting, performance analysis, and vendor collaboration and management
 * At least 5 years of experience directly supporting and maintaining an enterprise content management system, such as Open Text Content Server, Documentum, Alfresco, IBM File Net or similar
 * At least 4 years of experience with business management/business processes
 * Ability to produce high-quality work products with attention to detail
 * Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
 * Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
 * Experience using verbal and written communications skills
 * Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

Preferred:
 * MBA degree Business Administration
 * At least 4 years of experience As the team lead or system owner, directly supporting and maintaining an enterprise content management system. Experience in Open Text Content Server is preferred.
 * Experience with PJM operations, markets, and planning functions
 * Experience supporting any of PJM Committees
 * Experience with the PJM / ITS processes for account management, release / change management, and procurement
 * Ability to visualize and solve complex problems that proactively address customer needs and requirements with innovative, creative, and cost-effective solutions
 * Experience with PJM’s internal systems, processes, and methodologies relative to NERC CIP
