Caring Matters Home Care is currently seeking PCA’s & experienced caregivers in the Schuylkill Haven, PA area to provide Personal Care, ADL’s & Home Support for elderly/disabled individuals in their residences. * Hours may vary and will be discussed at time of interview. As well as Specific job site address (or route) will be provided upon job offer/hire.

Requirements:

· 2 yrs. verifiable, professional Care giving experience.

· Any certifications/licenses

· References

· Criminal Background Check

· Physical with 2 step PPD upon hire

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to clients by providing Personal Care, Activities of Daily Living & Home Support.

Job Duties:

· Provides/ Assists clients with personal hygiene such as: bathing, showering, grooming, oral care, skin care.

· Provides/Assists client’s with ADL’s such as: feeding, bathing, getting dressed, toileting, transferring, and continence.

· Supports client’s by providing light housekeeping and laundry assistance, shopping for food and other necessities, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.

· Engage clients in activities like reading, talking, hobbies and playing games.

· Documents client’s progress by completing notes, logs, and records.

· Maintains work operations by following CMHC policies and procedures.

· HIPAA compliant by keeping patient information confidential.
