Job Summary: Develops, implements, and evaluates activities necessary to provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient quality improvement efforts within LVPG. Maintains communication among LVPG Clinical Services leadership, front line clinical staff, and providers to develop quality improvement workflows congruent with LVPG policies/procedures, insurance industry standards, and government programs/regulations. Plans, implements and evaluates quality improvement workflow education for LVPG clinical staff. Functions in a leadership capacity with the development and roll out of clinical pathways.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).

Three (3) years recent acute care clinical nursing experience.

Demonstrates initiative and is able to function independently as well as collaboratively. Demonstrates the ability to initiate, accept and adapt to change. Demonstrates time management and organizational skills. Accepts and recognizes differences among people. Excellent computer skills, including word processing (Microsoft Word), PowerPoint, and Excel. Excellent writing skills. Demonstrates strong communication skills. Demonstrates project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in nursing (MSN) in a designated clinical specialty or Masters degree in healthcare related field.

Minimum of three (3) years recent experience in a physician office practice setting.

Active member of a professional nursing organization. Professional certification in clinical practice or nursing professional development.

Licensure and Certifications: Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.

BLS required; BSN
