Materials Handler:  Is a full-time dedicated team member who maintains production by cutting, prepping, and distributing leather parts and supplies to production stations.  A material handler also accounts for specific inventory along with overall shop cleanliness. 

• What will you be doing:
  • Leather parts cutting using the clicker, knives, scissors, and hand tools
  • Parts preparation
  • Receiving, accounting, and storage of all raw materials inventory including leather, hardware, and materials.
  • Reading and understanding production sheets
  • Picking Hardware
  • Learning how to sew using an industrial sewing machine
  • Splitting and skiving leather
  • Sharpening tools and maintaining them
  • Shop cleanliness and inventory organization

Position shift:

• Monday – Friday 8am to 4:30pm
• Full Time (40 Hours)
