Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) is seeking a customer focused  Cloud Operations Administrator  to join our team to provide support to the Army and to begin an exciting career within DSA.

Cloud Operations Administrator  responsibilities will include providing cloud architecture management, direction and governance for Army cloud strategy and initiatives. The  Cloud Operations Administrator  will help facilitate adoption, provide cloud technology best practices and support maintenance activities, including evaluation, integration, administration, and testing. Additionally, the  Cloud Operations Administrator  will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing systems and applications security and performance.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other closely related discipline and 5+ years of relevant experience
Certifications
CompTIA Security+

  Location
Remote; may require occasional in-person reviews/meetings

Required skills
Support maintenance activities, including evaluation, integration, administration, testing and operations of networks and systems in a cloud based environment
Communicate and collaborate to promote strong partnerships between the architects, engineers, developers and business stakeholders
Provide cloud specific technical aspects in multiple areas of expertise and provide recommendations for solutions and designs
Help maintain security posture through upgrading, updating, and patching critical systems
Experience with commercial cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, with experience briefing executive personnel
Desired Skills
Experience on large cloud IT projects / operations / systems / applications efforts for the Army or other cloud related services within the DoD
Experience with cloud migrations including inventory, assessment and migration planning efforts
Experience with Army data management efforts
Experience with cybersecurity efforts and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
Experience with Agile and DevSecOps environments
Experience with cARMY cloud environment
Cloud Certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred or can achieve within 3 months of starting)
Clearance Requirements
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE DOD  SECRET Clearance;  this will be verified prior to interview. Therefore, only US Citizens can be considered for this position.
