Your Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will support plant operations and refine processes to improve efficiency and meet current goals. You will have the opportunity to:

Implement sustainable changes to improve safety, productivity, and quality

Resolve issues at root cause

Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects

Troubleshoot critical processes and equipment

In this role, you will be the ultimate problem-solver and will look for ways to improve operations and therefore you will be of critical importance to us and will help to ensure that we continue to innovate.

We need you to have:

BS in an Engineering discipline

Excellent capabilities in Microsoft Office, including Excel

Technical aptitude

Icing on the cake:

2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting

Experience with or knowledge of plastic manufacturing

Experience using SAP and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
