Job Description: 

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or Behavioral Health Technician provides 1-1 behavioral interventions to children in the home, school, and community settings and works directly with the client, family, and school staff. 

 

Job Functions: 

· Implement treatment plan and behavioral interventions. 

· Promote developmentally appropriate behaviors. 

· Maintain client caseload and utilization of hours. 

· Utilize Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) interventions. 

· Transfer skill to family/school/etc. 

· Engage in supervision and training. 

· Complete clinical documentation. 

· Utilize crisis plans.
