We are looking to hire a full time 40 hours per week Spa Attendants.  This will be primarily a day shift job with some evenings and weekends.  Experience is not required, however, we would prefer 6 months to a year.  We are asking for a high school diploma or G.E.D.  We also would like you to have a current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Spa attendants facilitate the day-to-day operations of spa. They conduct regular cleaning and maintenance and take charge of inventory, tracking supplies and stocking treatment rooms with fresh materials.  Assist massage therapists and estheticians, and prepare and clean the treatment rooms and tables. Provide spa customers with refreshments, towels, washcloths, and robes.  Alongside these tasks, you may take on administrative duties such as manning the front desk and coordinating appointments, answering calls, entering client information into the spa’s database system, and collecting payments. It’s essential for you to practice good customer service all throughout, with the end goal of crafting a positive, rewarding spa experience that satisfies customers.  Spa attendants contribute to sales and marketing by introducing customers to spa products, services, and treatment packages. The attendant may make recommendations based on the customer’s history or professed needs, hold live demonstrations, and offer samples.  The work environment is usually quiet and soothing.
