DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To provide assistance to the Help Desk Team and Information Technology (IT) Governance & Support Manager with call/ticket inquiries and problems, digital filing and assisting with keeping the company on track with yearly policy reviews

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Facilitate understanding, teamwork, and cooperation with project team members and the user community (customers)

*Provide appropriate communication to supervisor or management regarding production issues that adversely affect the user community

*Open tickets in the Help Desk work order system and dispatch appropriate resources via Help Desk email, phone or online request

*Document all issues in the Help Desk system to ensure a timely resolution

*Ensure a consistent response to problem resolution and service requests with reporting tools

*Escalate serious problems upward to higher support levels or senior management as necessary and in a timely manner

*Manage customer relationships with the Help Desk in a courteous and professional manner

*Digital paperwork filing

*Assist IT Governance & Support Manager with yearly audits and reviews, and gathering approvals

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows 10

*Strong organizational skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced Information Technology role

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED EDUCATION

*Associate Degree in Information Technology or a Business related field preferred
