Maintenance Technician plus $5000 bonus

Job Location: Mountain Top, PA
$5,000 Retention Bonus
Compensation - $25.69/hr to $33.22/hr plus shift differential depending on skills
Summary: Plan and perform a variety of duties involved in the repair and maintenance of the plant facilities, machinery and other industrial maintenance work.
Job Responsibilities
Must be able to interpret and troubleshoot Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Schematics, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Schematics and PLC ladder logic.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair Industrial Automation equipment
Must be able to obtain Mobile Equipment license, Forklift, Scissors lift and Boom lift
Must have knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic operated machinery, equipment, and systems.
Must be able to efficiently use various maintenance hand tools including mechanics tools and electrical test equipment.
Adherence to Hydro Safety protocol / PPE.
Work Experience
3 - 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Knowledge of Industrial controls and PLC ladder logic is preferred.
Previous aluminum fabrication experience preferred; ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, changing work environment
Must be able to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and managers individually and in group setting.
Strong Electrical background required

Education
Two years of Technical school including industrial electricity, PLC's, Electrical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics preferred.
Two years of maintenance experience, in an industrial manufacturing environment. Emphasis on PLC's, hydraulics and mechanical
