  • Employee is responsible to review customer order specifications and quality control standards prior to beginning production of the order
  • Employee is responsible to check safety equipment on machinery prior to operation
  • Employee is responsible to produce product according to customer order specifications, quality control standards, and production quota goals
  • Employee is responsible to properly label boxes, and pack finished product into boxes
  • Employee is responsible to have their employee number on cartons for tracking purposes
  • Employee is responsible to communicate machinery problems or product quality control issues to the Quality Control personnel and/or production Supervisor
  • Employee is responsible to ensure that boxed finished product is stacked on skids, and transferred to the warehouse/shipping areas
  • Employee is responsible to enter complete and accurate production order information into the computer system
  • Employee is responsible to communicate with Production Supervisor on finished orders, and determining next work assignment
  • Employee is required to follow and comply with Company safety policies and procedures
