Summary of Position

• Develop an assigned territory by contacting new leads, following-up on quotes and literature requests, and discussing projects with new and existing customers.
• Serve as a product expert for potential clients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Answer technical questions from current customers and provide technical guidance to facilitate the design process between potential customers and the SI team.
• Liaison with multiple departments to ensure proper turnover of projects.
• Develop working relationships with architects, glass shops, dealers, and contractors in your assigned territory; additionally, teach others how to properly cultivate these types of relationships.
• Ensure proper tracking of customer information in corporate CRM system, including contact information, record of communication, requested literature, etc.

Required Skills

• Related Experience in an office role is required; preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a Sales, Customer Service and/or Call Center Role
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word required; experience with a CRM is preferred
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field is preferred (applicable backgrounds include but are not limited to: Drafting, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Construction Disciplines, General Sales, Communications, Business, and Related Disciplines)
• Experience in glazing industry, possessing an architectural background, or experience with construction is a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD, Blueprint and/or Specification Reading is a plus
