Fimbel ADS McAdoo is looking for a Door Building Team:

Due to growth and expansion, we are looking for a permanent Door Building Team. The responsibilities are taking pre-made components and assembling them into garage doors to match sales orders and quantities.

Candidates must be able to read a tape measure, use simple hand tools, read simple drawings and be quality orientated.

Candidates should have a valid drives license and a high school diploma or equivalent, be drug free and reliable.

We will train the right individuals, so experience is not necessary.

Our Door Builders assemble insulated garage door sections.  Their duties include: 

1. Lifting sections.

2. Cleaning and inspecting for quality issues

3. Aligning and assembling.

4. Drilling and riveting.

5. Labeling and packaging.

This operation must be able to lift up to 50 lb, be able to stand, sit, walk and or bend for long periods of time.  

They must be quality focused with the ability to pay attention to the smallest of details.

The starting payrate for this position is $12.50  to  $14.00 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
