Dorman Products, a nearly $2B global supplier of aftermarket motor vehicle parts with 3,500+ Contributors and 28 sites across the globe, is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst - Financeto join our team! This is a new role, in which the Sr. IT Business Analyst - Finance will join a growing IT team that is delivering innovative solutions to support Dorman Products' significant business growth plans within the rapidly changing automotive industry. We are seeking a professional with experience in both Financial Information Technology solutions and business process optimization. You will work with cross functional teams to identify financial process optimization opportunities and will translate them into a defined set of new people, process, and systems related requirements. As a Sr. Business Analyst - Finance for Dorman, you will collaborate with both business partners and the IT technical team to ensure the overall solution is well designed, planned, tested, and executed.If you are an IT professional with experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Financial Analysis, Planning and Reporting, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes, Product Profitability, and SOX Compliance and Auditing, we want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to come into our corporate office in suburban Philadelphia (Colmar, PA) at least once a week.

Primary Duties
Lead as-is versus to-be process analysis and documentation efforts with cross-functional teams.
Document required business process, organizational and systems requirements for the to-be process.
Work with business and technical teams to define scope, approach, and timeline to deliver the to-be process.
Document final solution requirements and support detailed solution design, testing, training, and implementation efforts.
Administer key projects tasks including coordination of team meetings and creation of appropriate project documentation.
Proven business analysis and portfolio management skills and significant exposure to sound system implementation methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate complex information into comprehensive and concise business terms.
Ability to build business relationships with both technical and business partners in order to foster collaboration in delivering IT solutions to business initiatives / issues.
Ability to think strategically and analyze trends, situations, and industry specific data to identify business and technical solution opportunities
Excellent problem solving, analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated, independent contributor with the ability to learn new business areas, tools, and concepts quickly.

Education / Experience
Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
Held previous financial system business analysis and/or portfolio management positions in a consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution environment
Track record of growth in roles that focus on relationship management and coordination between business partners and IT resources handling both incident and project level initiatives
Demonstrated experience in process evaluation and improvement
Background in larger enterprise financial and reporting solutions including SAP, SAP APO, Hyperion, Business Objects, Qlik or equivalent
General ITIL knowledge, test planning and test scenario creation experience
Experience with FP&A tools is a plus (Board, Anaplan, Oracle, OneStream, etc)
