Under the supervision of the Day Care Supervisor, an aide will provide social, health and health related adult day services, including personal care, social, leisure, physical and educational activities, for individuals described as those who are limited in their activities of daily living. 

Aides responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:

• Assisting clients with ambulation
• Assisting clients with toileting, including adult diaper changing, and clean up, for clients who are incontinent of the bowel and bladder
• Assisting clients in therapeutic games/activities for participants as listed on the scheduled of activities
• Prepare and/or assist clients with meals by assist with preparation of snacks and assisting or feeding clients that need help
• Complete all necessary documents of client information

Qualifications for position:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Physical and one step TB test prior to employment start

Position is Part-Time Monday-Friday 9am until 3pm, No weekends, No holidays
