Entry level position requires lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.  Clear jams and maintain scrap conveyor system.  Inspect caps for defects prior to sealing cartons and loading cartons onto pallets.  There is opportunity to advance to other positions in the plant such as forklift operators, pressline mechanics,  and stackers.    Job bids are posted in the plant when openings occur.  Starting rate for these positions is  a minimum rate of $22 per hour.  Background check and drug testing is required.  Shifts are 12 hours - one crew works M-T-W and every other Sunday and the other crew works Th-F-S and every other Sunday.  After 2 months, the crews switch days.  Days or nights are assigned based on seniority and shift preference of employees.
