Full-time Customer Service Specialist Positions are available Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. Applicants should be able to bring new ideas and improvements to business practices, work well both independently and as part of a team, and show respect to co-workers, customers, vendors, and visitors in the workplace while demonstrating COE’s core values of Ambition, Innovation, Integrity, and Teamwork.

Responsibilities: Confer with customers via telephone, email , fax and/or internet to take orders, check stock, and process returns; work with clients to understand and discover needs; provide honest and timely feedback to management; communicate with all departments within company; achieve goals for department for tasks being accomplished (orders, quotes, etc.); work with Sales Department and intercompany departments on resolving customer issues; communicate with outside sales team as a liaison for the customer to enhance service; analyze all customer complaints and develop plan of action and also identify potential roadblocks, identify quality assurance issues and take preventive measures; resolve client’s issues and maintains effective customer relationship; ensure that all call backs are completed; ensure that all orders are entered and answer all questions in a timely manner from clientele and co-workers; completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Position Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have at least 2-3 years Customer Service experience as well as MS Outlook, Word & Excel proficiency. Inside sales experience and bilingual communication skills are a strong plus! Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; possess strong attention to detail; be highly motivated, self-directed and customer service orientated. Must pass pre-employment drug test, random drug screens and follow all company policies and procedures.
