Overview

Waters ERA is seeking a Strategic Executive Account Manager to drive the sales of our full range of products and services including Proficiency Testing Services, Certified Reference Materials, Reagents, and Calibration Materials to strategic accounts across analytical laboratories in the United States. In addition, this individual will lead the effort for new market development. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plan to meet or exceed annual sales goals based on assigned territory / accounts

Generate and execute a strategic plan for the territory / accounts, including maintenance and growth of current base via a high level of customer contact

Aggressively develop new prospects, penetrate competitive accounts and develop new markets

Build technical competency on Waters ERA product offerings and competitive positioning necessary to be perceived by customers as a capable and credible resource

Demonstrate our commitment to service by following up on calls and ensuring superior results to drive customer satisfaction

Provide information to marketing team to create business development programs

Submit accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline updates

Develop business through monthly plan of action

Perform other duties as assignedQualifications

Bachelor's Degree in the sciences preferred

5-7 Years sales and market development experience preferred

Preferred experienced in municipal, food, chemistry, pharmaceutical sales

Preferred experience with selling environmental testing or ultrapure water testing methods

Action orientation and self-driven for results

Excellent communication, organization, time management and follow up skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener

Mature disposition, positive attitude and strong sense of commitment

Adaptive to dynamic and changing environment
