Lead Financial Planning Analyst - 240131

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary:
* Leads monthly P&L consolidation process and partners with Finance P&L leads to identify key drivers of results across the Family of Companies.
* Takes lead in supporting and analyzing subsidiary partner’s results.  This includes building and managing relationships with our Finance partners at those subsidiaries.
* Leads monthly forecasting/outlook process; partners with Finance business partners to highlight risks and opportunities in transparent and consultative manner.
* Manages overall risk and opportunity process, consolidation, and reporting.
* Leads KPI reporting process and continuously works to identify areas of opportunity to expand and improve our analyses.
* Works with Manager, FP&A to produce all board and external reporting.
* Takes lead on reporting tool enhancements including data validation, QA, and other functions as needed.  Manages relationship with technology team providing system support.
* Performs other duties & special projects as required.
* Prepare and provide Ad-hoc reporting and support as required using Hyperion, PeopleSoft and other tools available.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management (or equivalent work experience).
* 8+ years P&L experience required.
* Strong communication (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills are required.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with department management and the ability to work in an independent environment is essential.
* Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented as well as above average problem solving/analytical skills required.
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Word) as well as PeopleSoft & Hyperion software is required.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work in ambiguous situations.
