We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to do the Data Entry and related tasks in our Order Department. This is a fulltime position and the hours are Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 5:00pm.
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Strong computer skills
· Enter data into company’s computer system
· Check for accuracy and be able to turn around quickly
· Maintain spreadsheets and check to ensure accuracy
· Maintain a clear understanding of processing requirements
· Create appropriate paper work and send to customers and others in company
· Answer main line phone calls and transfer calls
· Perform other administrative duties including filing and copying
To qualify for this position the ideal person MUST have:
· Accurate and focused attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
· Ability to ascertain relevant information and process accordingly
· Ability to deal with tight deadlines and ever changing requirements
· Pleasant speaking voice and phone manners
· 2 years + working experience
